uChoose Rewards is a rewards program where you can earn points for using your SCU Credit Union Debit Mastercard®, then redeem your points from millions of options like merchandise, travel experiences and activities, event tickets, merchant gift cards, and more.

There is no cost. Membership in uChoose Rewards is free for SCU Credit Union Debit Mastercard® cardholders.

No. We will activate your existing card when you register your card.

A signature transaction utilizes the Mastercard® portion of your card. All you have to say to the merchant is ‘credit please’ and sign for your purchase. Easy!

Points expire 3 years after issuance.

Yes, you will have the opportunity to change the address within the redemption process as long as the address is located in the United States.

It can take up to 30 days for transactions to appear on the Point Details page, and up to 60 days for the transaction points to be credited to your account. If the qualified transaction does not appear on the Points Details page after 30 days, please contact the number or email address listed on the Contact Us page for assistance.

It’s your choice! You earn one point for every $3 spent using your SCU Credit Union Debit Mastercard®. You must have a minimum of 1,500 points to redeem. You can choose from millions of options like merchandise, travel experiences and activities, event tickets, merchant gift cards, and more. We keep track of all the points you earn and we even have a Wish List that will help you track when you have earned enough to redeem a specific item.

Points are earned on signature (credit) transactions wherever Debit Mastercard® is accepted...plus, earn additional points for shopping at participating retailers, in-store or online through uChooseRewards.com. For every 3 dollars spent on a signature-based transaction, you will receive 1 point. CREDIT transactions will not earn rewards when processed on a debit network. SCU Credit Union assumes no liability for transactions processed by the merchant on a debit network. Cash advances, transfers, ATM transactions or PIN transactions do not earn points.

We keep track of your points for you – just register at uChooseRewards.com and check your points balance anytime right on the homepage! You can access the history of your point activity on the Point Details page.

If your card is lost or stolen and a replacement is issued, points will automatically be transferred to the new card. Once you receive your new card, you will need to re-register your new card at www.uchooserewards.com.

You may only redeem points online through www.uchooserewards.com

Yes. To begin earning points, you must first register your SCU Credit Union Debit Mastercard® at uChooseRewards.com. Once you register one card you can link other cards to your uChoose Rewards account and pool your points.

Yes. All cards associated with an account will automatically earn points together. You can link them together from the My Account page of the uChoose Rewards site.

To register for uChoose Rewards, you will need to wait 24 hours before the uChoose Rewards system will recognize your account number.
