Will Online Banking offer the same services as Online Teller?

Our new Online Banking solution offers an improvement to services you enjoy today like account balances, transfers, bill pay, notifications, budgeting and more. Services like MX Money Management will be upgraded to personal financial management tools which offer greater capabilities and flexibility. You’ll enjoy new features like Sharon VISA Credit Card account information and ACH transfers, too.

Text banking will no longer be offered after conversion. Online Banking offers a quick view option where information can obtained faster and more securely than text banking.

External transfers and account to account transfers between Sharon Credit Union accounts are standard features in the new Online Banking solution. Person to person transfer services initiated by email or text through POP Money will no longer be available in Online Banking. Please retain account details, payment information and payment schedules set-up within POP Money to enter into the new Online Banking solution. This information will not carry over.  

The Debit Purchase Rewards program will be discontinued effective November 30, 2018. Any cash rewards earned in November will be deposited in the Debit Purchase Rewards Offers deposit account in December. We are currently researching alternative rewards programs that would offer greater benefits to our members and a simpler redemption process.
