What identification do I need to apply?

To apply for SCU Credit Union membership, you will need the following forms of identification:

Valid U.S. government issued ID (e.g. Driver’s License, Passport, or State ID) along with your Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Tax Identification Number (ITIN)

If applicable, documentation verifying your home address, such as a utility bill or lease agreement (Not required for minors 17 and under).
