If a member is under the age of 18, can they apply for a loan, Visa credit and/or Debit Card, or overdraft protection?

A member under the age of 18 is not eligible to sign for a loan and would also not be eligible for Overdraft Privilege Service. However, a member under the age of 18 can use Overdraft Transfer and can have a Debit Mastercard as long as the parent is joint on the account. A member under the age of 18 is not eligible to open their own credit card, however, they may be an authorized signer on a parent/guardian's credit card.
