No purchase or transaction is necessary to enter. Sweepstakes period runs from 9:00AM (EST), Friday, June 1, 2018 through 5:00PM (EST) Friday, August 31, 2018 (the “Promotional Period”). All transactions must be posted by 5:00PM (EST), Friday, August 31, 2018.
To Enter
Using Sharon Credit Union Mastercard® debit card for posting at least 5 signature based transactions within the calendar month of the June 2018, July 2018, and August 2018 promotional period. Mail-in entries are accepted. Mail 3” x 5” card with name, address, preferred method of contact to Sharon Credit Union, attn: Marketing, 30 Pond Street, Sharon, MA 02067.
Eligibility
Open to all legal U.S. residents who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry. Winner must present photo identification to receive prize. Employees and directors of Sharon Credit Union are excluded from sweepstakes participation. Sponsor may prohibit entrants from participating in the ‘Promotion’ and disqualify entrants and their entries if they attempt to enter the “Sweepstakes” through means not described in the rules, attempts to disrupt the ‘Sweepstakes’ or circumvent the rules, act in an un-sportsmanlike manner or with intent to annoy or harass any other entrant. By taking part of the ‘Sweepstakes’ entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and decisions of the sponsor, whose decisions are final as to all aspects of the promotion.
Prize Availability and Odds
One name will be randomly selected from those card holders posting at least 5 signature based transactions during the three specific months, June, July, and August. The cash prize for each month is valued at $500.00. The total number of qualified entrants during the promotion month/s period determines the odds of winning. If at least 5 signature based transactions posts within each of the three months, three entries will be granted.
Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected in random drawing no later than September 8, 2018 from all eligible entries. You need not be present to win. Winner will be notified via email or phone message the day of the drawing date. If the potential winner cannot be reached within three days of the drawing date by email or phone, another potential winner will be selected.
Prize will be awarded no later than September 22, 2018. The winner understands that a prize award that is valued at $600.00 or greater must be claimed by winner on federal and state tax returns. The winner is responsible for all taxes, if any, on the prize based upon the value of the prize. Prize winner agrees to permit the use of his/her name, photos and/or likenesses for publicity purposes relating to the Giveaway without further compensation or review. Winner’s names will be available within 30 days of the award of the prizes by writing to: Sharon Credit Union, Marketing Department, 30 Pond Street, Sharon, MA 02067, and including a stamped, self-addressed envelope.
Liability
By accepting the prize, winner agrees that the Sponsor, its affiliates, distributors, suppliers and all their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents shall have no liability for, and shall hold all such parties harmless against damage, loss or injury that may arise in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize or participation in this Promotion.
